Heidi had read my chart before I arrived and knew that I’d fainted and had seizures from fainting in the past. She took plenty of time to build rapport and build confidence to ease my anxiety. She additionally brought in an anesthesiologist to ensure everything with the IV went well. She was able to interject appropriate humor and a nearly pain-free IV insertion. She checked in several times to make sure that I was doing well. It was a very pleasant experience overall. During the visit, I spent most of the time with her.
