From the moment I arrived on Emily’s floor, she has made a profound impact on my experience. She was not only skilled but also incredibly kind and attentive. Her ability to listen, answer questions, and address concerns with such patience and empathy made such a challenging time much more manageable for my family and me.

Specifically, several times during my stay, Emily went above and beyond her call of duty to waterproof my dressings so that I was able to shower, which she knew was important to me. This was a very time-consuming chore, taking close to 30 minutes or more each time, to ensure I was completely protected. She expressed her willingness each time I asked.

Her positive attitude, professionalism, and empathetic approach transformed some of the most trying days of my life into a much more positive experience. I am deeply grateful for her exceptional care.
