I have an immune deficiency, which means I come in with lots of meds and needs. Candace was fantastic about contacting the doctor often and explaining things. She facilitated communication with my husband, etc. She was very mindful of my pain and kept it in check as best as possible. Mainly, my needs were very well met on a day when it was clear to see there were lots of challenges with other patients, which kept her running. Just over and above throughout!

Our grandfather passed unexpectedly, and when our large group of family came to the unit to see him, Candace showed compassion, care, and true empathy. She went out of her way to provide us with biscuits and drinks, which brought comfort and relief during a difficult time. Thank you for all you do!
