Raphael is a bright light in the nursing community. He has such a positive, kind demeanor from the second he walks in the room to the moment he exits. As someone who has spent a lot of time in and out of hospitals with not-so-great experiences, it was a pleasure to have him as my nurse. Raphael went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care.

My meds were not in at the right time, and he made sure to find out how to get them and helped get me feeling better as quickly as he could. Every time he comes into the room, Raphael greets you with a smile and a warm sentiment. He has a wonderful bedside manner and helps ease the monotony of being stuck in a hospital room. He never made me feel a burden for asking for help with something. He reassured me that they were there to help no matter what and that all patients were important.

I was happy to see Raphael come back for a second night because I knew he would put a smile on my face when I was already having a tough time.
