Shiela has been amazing with my 92-year-old mother while she has been in the ICU. I am so grateful for the comfort she has brought; she is kind and communicative about all procedures she is doing. She even called to let me know I should come back when mom's oxygen had dropped. She allowed me to listen in on the daily briefings and was patient while we tried to understand it all. She has made a difficult situation immensely easier.
