My mom was a patient in the CTICU, and it was a very scary time for our family when she arrived intubated. We were not expecting that. Ben was amazing. So amazing that I don’t even know where to start. His calmness, the information he gave, the education he provided, and the help he offered made an overwhelming situation so much easier to handle.

Ben always took the time to make sure my mom was taken care of and comfortable, and he was just as attentive to us as a family, making sure we were also okay. His care was truly top-notch. He worked like a well-oiled machine with his colleagues, and it showed in everything he did.

I have to say, I am not in the medical field, and Ben answered every question I had in terms that I could understand. He took excellent care of my mother during the three days she was his patient, always making sure she was as comfortable as possible given her situation. I knew that if I was not able to be there, my mom was in the best hands with Ben.

Thank you so much, Ben, for everything. We, as a family, will never forget your compassion, thoughtfulness, understanding, and caring. Florence Nightingale would be so proud.
