From the very beginning, Rodney was prompt in telling me exactly what was being done and why. If something wasn’t up to his standards, he corrected it immediately. Throughout the entire procedure, he encouraged me, explained what was happening, and guided me with a calm confidence that only comes from true knowledge and experience.

My wife and I, both in our 80s and both professionals in the medical and legal fields, were absolutely astounded by him.
