His perspective on what it means to care for patients genuinely is rare and extraordinary.
Rodney went above and beyond every expectation. During my visit, he was not only serving as my nurse but also acting as the head nurse, and he carried both responsibilities with exceptional professionalism and grace.
From the very beginning, Rodney was prompt in telling me exactly what was being done and why. If something wasn’t up to his standards, he corrected it immediately. Throughout the entire procedure, he encouraged me, explained what was happening, and guided me with a calm confidence that only comes from true knowledge and experience.
Rodney’s skills are remarkable. Having once been a paramedic with the fire department and later a teacher to nursing students, he brings a deep understanding of patient care and ethical practice. His perspective on what it means to care for patients genuinely is rare and extraordinary.
My wife and I, both in our 80s and both professionals in the medical and legal fields, were absolutely astounded by him. His ability to work with people, his patience, and his tolerance for all different personalities were unbelievable to witness. And it was clear that his staff respected him just as much as we did. They seemed to love him.
In the last ten years, I cannot think of a single person who has impressed me as much as Rodney has. He is an amazing man, and an exceptional nurse.
