On the first day, I had the pleasure of meeting Katie, who was the first nurse I spoke with. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly listened to my concerns about my mother's condition. I asked her if she could help find out the plan for my mother's care and she immediately messaged the doctor.

Thanks to her initiative, she was able to clearly communicate the care plan to me. Her responsiveness and professionalism gave me much needed peace of mind on a very stressful day. She went above and beyond, and I am grateful for the compassion, communication, and dedication to patient-centered care. She made a difficult time more manageable for both me and my mother.
