This remarkable nurse has played an incredible role in my baby’s growth and success during his time in the NICU. Her dedication, compassion, and gentle care helped him flourish day by day into the healthy, strong baby he is today.

She handled everything with intention. From his feedings and weight checks to making sure he met every milestone required before going home. She celebrated each accomplishment as though it were her own, taking pride in every ounce gained and every new step forward. Her meticulous attention to detail and constant advocacy ensured that his care was always exactly what he needed to keep progressing.

What truly sets her apart is the heart she puts into her work. She didn’t just care for my baby,  she cared about him. She spoke to him lovingly, comforted him through procedures, and created an environment where he felt safe, soothed, and supported to grow. She treated him like he was her own, and that kind of love is something you can’t teach.

Thanks to her compassion and expertise, my baby didn’t just meet expectations, he thrived. She played an irreplaceable role in helping him become strong enough to finally go home.
