The patient was provided with her own bathroom and entrance into the center. Lauren learned the patient did not bring lunch and was expected to be in the infusion center for ten hours.

Lauren ordered Chick-fil-A through DoorDash for the patient and paid for it out of her own pocket. She ensured the patient got exactly what she wanted, including the "special sauce." Lauren provided holistic care and met the patient where she was in the moment and ensured all of her needs were met.
