I want to express my deepest gratitude to Shanice, who went above and beyond during my 16-day stay in the hospital. Out of the many nurses who cared for me, Shanice stood out, by far. I had the privilege of having her as my night nurse for five nights, and those nights were made so much better because of her care.

Shanice treated me with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion, even during moments when I needed the most personal help, like getting out of bed or assistance to the bathroom. She never made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Instead, she cared for me as a person, not just a patient, with a level of professionalism and humanity that made a difficult time more bearable. Her personal touch, attention to detail, and comforting presence left a lasting impact on me.
