Nurse Soumyah Gopinath was very clean and followed all protocols carefully. She always washed her hands, changed her gloves, wore the yellow protective cover, and removed it properly afterward. Her hygiene is excellent, and she takes her job very seriously, performing every step with great caution and attention to detail.

Not only does she work step by step, but she is also very alert and observant. She immediately informs the doctor of any concerns, such as noticing skin rashes or other changes.

My 10-month-old son loved her! Normally, he cries a lot during medication or suctioning, and even when nurses simply approach him, but with her, he was calm and comfortable. She built trust with him because she is so caring, gentle, and interactive.

Nurse Soumyah Gopinath left a wonderful impression on the PICU department, and I am truly grateful that she cared for my son.
