Ms. Sweksha Lungeli's compassionate care and unwavering dedication made a profound difference in my recovery after undergoing spinal surgery. I had lumbar fixation surgery, was in significant pain, and deeply anxious about the procedure and my recovery. Being alone, with no family to support me, only added to my worries. However, during my stay in the Ortho Spinal Ward, Ms. Sweksha’s presence and care were a source of comfort and reassurance.
Ms. Sweksha was instrumental in my recovery. Her professionalism and genuine concern for my well-being stood out from the moment we met. Despite her busy schedule attending to multiple patients, she was always approachable and attentive to my needs. She never hesitated to come to my room when I needed assistance, whether it was helping me manage my pain, addressing my concerns, or providing guidance on my post-operative care. What I appreciated most was her positive attitude. Ms. Sweksha consistently greeted me with a warm smile, which made me feel valued and cared for.
