Shannon went above and beyond for my Mom and my family in her final days. Truthfully, I can't say enough kind words. She put my Mom's care as the priority. She offered support and guidance in one of the most difficult times that my sister and I had to go through. Shannon took it upon herself to make a celebration of life happen to let my Mom enjoy her last conscious day. She gathered balloons and decorations to have a party. My Mom hadn't smiled that much in months!! Shannon made it possible for my Mom to give her 4 grandchildren gifts so that they would be comfortable when Mom requested to see them. There's so much more that she was able to do for my family in 48 hours. She treated my family as if we were her family and treated my Mom with love and respect at ALL times.
