Ms. Jeannette is truly an angel in human form. Since my father's presence on the 4th floor, she has exemplified every core value that should be reflected in a person and the core values of the VA. She took the time to explain the medicine being administered and the reason for it. Most importantly, she demonstrated true compassion towards my father and me. I will be forever grateful for her dedication to her profession and the veterans she cares for.

I had Jeannette as our day nurse. This was the beginning of our stay. She made us feel so comfortable and in good hands. She demonstrated a level of care regarding items I fail to notice, going above and beyond. She surpassed my expectations and demonstrated integrity, commitment, respect, and excellence when providing my care. She provided me with a comfort level that made me feel that I would be ok.
