We had a brain-dead patient. Jennifer didn't view this as a hopeless case and thus deserving of less attention than other cases. The patient had no family in the area. Moved by the knowledge that she wouldn't want herself, let alone a loved one, to be left to pass alone, she decided that she would come in on her day off to be with him when he passed away. She helped me give him a proper bed bath, dignifying the patient when others felt that a wipe down would've been sufficient. She really cares about the well-being of her patients and the emotional welfare of her coworkers.
