I met Diane when I arrived at the unit. I am deaf, so I was very scared to stay in the hospital because I couldn’t hear anything. But when I met Diane, she was an angel from above. She is very sweet and very attentive to her job. She always greeted me with that beautiful smile that lights up the room.

She was always right there when I rang my call bell, always willing to help in any way. My questions were always answered, and she really looked out for me. She talked into my phone so I could read what she was saying to me, and she always made sure I received my medicine on time. She helped me get ready for my MRI and told me exactly how long it would take. She also greeted my daughter and daughter-in-law with the same kindness and care she showed me.

Diane is truly an outstanding nurse. I have never felt so comfortable during a hospital stay; it was like a mini vacation. I was not scared at all because she made me feel so welcome. I give her five stars for the way I was treated right up to the day I was discharged. She explained everything on my discharge papers clearly and made sure I was treated with kindness every step of the way.

I cannot thank her enough for all she did for me.  She is an outstanding person with a big heart; she is the best at what she does. I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you, Forbes, for having such an amazing nurse!
