Our journey began when we found out that our baby, Y, was diagnosed with craniosynostosis. I was overwhelmed and scared; all I wanted to do was run away and protect my child.
But then we met some incredible people, especially the nurses who cared for my baby. I am deeply thankful to Mediatrix. She was the first person we met, and from the very beginning, she was so patient and kind. She constantly gave me positive energy and reassurance that everything would be okay.
I’ll never forget how she sang to my baby, helping distract him from the pain. She treated him as if he were her own child.
As a mother, I was full of fear and endless questions, all of which she answered patiently, helping me understand everything clearly.
This is exactly the kind of place that needs people like her — knowledgeable, calm under pressure, and full of compassion. I’m truly inspired by all of you.
