My mom came in today for her third surgery in less than eight months. At 75 years old, she was feeling the weight of today’s procedure. Chris made her feel comfortable and connected with her in a personal, genuine way.

He came out to introduce himself to us, her daughters, letting us know that she was comfortable and awake. Before the procedure, he brought us back to see her, and after it was over, he returned to let us know all went well and to bring us back to give our love and speak with the doctor.
