My dad was a patient at Oak Hill Hospital recently. Hai, who goes by Jimmy, was my dad’s nurse the evening he was admitted to the hospital. The exceptional care he provided for my dad was beautiful. Jimmy helped him feel calm and relaxed. He reassured me that he would take care of him through the night, which made me feel calmer and more at ease as well.

Jimmy made sure my dad received a meal, even though it was already late. He came in to check on him several times and showed how much he cared through the nurturing way he treated my dad. Jimmy was the first person who took the time to talk to both of us and explain what my dad was going through, calmly and in a way we could understand.

I have never seen a nurse show so much care, kindness, compassion, and understanding to a patient. I think Jimmy is the best nurse I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is an amazing person, and he is truly doing God’s work. Thank you for having him on your team at Oak Hill Hospital.
