In our Day Surgery Unit, we are fortunate to have a nurse who does exactly that. Though new to Fakeeh Care, she has already become an invaluable member of our team. Despite being unfamiliar with the system, processes, and organizational culture, she has demonstrated remarkable adaptability, professionalism, and dedication. She is the kind of staff member every manager dreams of, someone you'd wish you could clone in every way.

She consistently displays a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and proactiveness. She even volunteered to return to DSFH to further equip herself with the necessary skills, showing her commitment to growth and excellence. Each day, she arrives fully prepared, often going above and beyond by anticipating doctors’ needs, contacting them directly, and even coordinating with companies to ensure urgent items are delivered on time. She doesn’t wait to be asked; she acts.

She is observant and thoughtful, quietly learning the nuances of our unit. But when a colleague is struggling, she steps in with confidence—not just to help, but to teach, guide, and learn alongside them. Even in the presence of our most demanding surgeons, she remains calm and composed. Without hesitation, she steps forward with a quiet “Let me handle it,” and consistently earns respect and praise from physicians who are not easily impressed.

Ms. Amal is more than just a nurse; she is a quiet force of excellence, compassion, and leadership. We are beyond blessed to have her—a staff member who, like me, cannot rest without ensuring every task is complete, even after arriving home or off duty.
