I was being prepped for carpal tunnel surgery, which I ended up not having because of a heart issue. Nurse Teri made a very positive impression. She was terrific in the following ways: knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. She identified the a-flutter problem and went a step further, doing an EKG.
