Megan is one of the kindest, most caring, and thoughtful people I know. Megan most recently saw that the LNAs were short-staffed and picked up a few hours as an LNA to help out on the floor. One of the other wonderful things Megan does, out of many, is Megan will always braid the hair of her patients with long hair. Braiding hair often gets overlooked, but it is important for making sure a patient is feeling and looking their best. A small thing that makes a huge difference. Every patient I have with Megan loves her. The most common response when you say Megan's name is "I love her". Megan knows who her patients are on a deeper level by talking with them and making the time to actually hear them. Megan cares deeply about her patients ' well-being and healing journey, and it shows through the care she provides. Megan, you are a vital nurse on the floor and one of the reasons patients receive such high-quality care. Thank you for all you do for your patients, coworkers, visitors, and everyone in between. You are loved and appreciated by so many.
