I came into the emergency department early Saturday morning for some pain. I was checked in and brought back right away. Nurse Taylor came in, and she asked me a few questions about what was going on. I was able to be open and explain what was going on. She was very helpful, listening the whole time and asking me questions. She put my IV in my arm - most hospitals I go to, they have a problem or it hurts, but not Taylor! She put my IV in smoothly, counted down, and I didn’t feel a thing! Like it was a piece of cake for her! Then another nurse came in, as well as Kim, while Taylor was helping another patient. Kim was also very friendly and helpful. I had questions, and she was more than willing to answer. If she didn’t know, she would ask the doctor and come back to me. By far, this is the best hospital I’ve had to come to and let these wonderful nurses take care of me. Thank you for your support and service in the medical field! Keep up the good work, ladies!
