Erica is Awesome! She is an excellent nurse! On top of her nurturing ability, she was able to make my mom laugh and feel safe! I actually felt ok leaving for a little while knowing she was here looking after Mom. Which says a lot because I have a very hard time leaving her alone, even when the nurses are excellent. You are doing what you were called to do, Erica!
