Aloha, Nurse Jingle expressed true care and assurance to me prior to and during my appointment today. She called to confirm my appointment. When I expressed that I was having new symptoms through the secure message system, she promptly called me to get a better understanding. These new symptoms weren't urgent, so we opted to keep my original appointment date. Fast forward to today's appointment, she called to check on me since I hadn't arrived on time. Traffic was very congested, causing a 20-minute delay. She was kind to say they would wait for me to arrive. This was wonderful!

I arrived and was greeted nicely by the reception staff, and then finally by Nurse Jingle, who got me to the doctor. After my time with the doctor, I was returned to Nurse Jingle. She was given instructions by the doctor. She and I then proceeded to the adjacent room, where we received instructions on using the new devices and recording the results in the log. She was caring and helpful. Afterwards, she assisted me to the exit and to the scheduler. Overall, the experience was made brighter by her professionalism and her care!
