My son had suddenly become ill, and we had visited the ED due to his medical history and the severity of his symptoms. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure both of us were comfortable, and she had my baby laughing multiple times despite him being sick. The provider had wanted to discharge us despite my son’s instability, but Jordan served as a remarkable advocate for us, securing a second evaluation. Consequently, my son was transferred to UW-Madison and admitted. While awaiting the transport team, Jordan checked on us well after her scheduled shift had ended. She truly went above and beyond in ensuring we received the best possible care!
