You consistently go above and beyond—not just in managing the daily operations, but in making sure every team member feels heard, valued, and empowered. The support and connection that each employee feels is well felt. You know everyone’s children’s and pets’ names. You’ve helped us through family members’ passing, employee sickness, and just emotional understanding and support, i.e., our day happies and crappies.
