We have been so pleased with the care my mother has received at Genesis, and one nurse in particular has made an incredible difference—Rachael.​ From the start, Rachael has shown a level of care, knowledge, and professionalism that is truly exceptional. She is clearly a seasoned nurse who knows her stuff, but what really sets her apart is how she combines that expertise with such kindness and compassion. She explains everything she’s doing and why, takes the time to go over medications, and always makes sure my mother is comfortable and informed.​ My mom is 89 and recovering from a painful back fracture. Rachael has been so encouraging, praising her progress and helping her stay positive, even on the hardest days. Her bedside manner is wonderful—she’s friendly, thoughtful, and truly makes my mom feel cared for and respected.​ Rachael is a standout nurse in every way, and we are so grateful for everything she has done for our family during this difficult time.
