My husband was hospitalized for 24 days the first time and six days the second time. Sam and all the day and night staff were very professional and courteous with him and me. The one particular memory that I have during his stay at the hospital is when Sam went down to the emergency room and took my husband to the third floor. Sam made my husband feel more at ease and comfortable as he remembered him and approached him by saying his name. Making the encounter a much more comfortable and easy experience. We were treated with respect, dignity, and love. Sam, in particular, was very attentive, not only towards my husband but also towards me as a visitor and wife. He made sure I was comfortable during my husband’s hospital stay providing blankets, pillows, and a place to sleep in a timely manner. He is a great nurse, very professional and polite. I saw this not only with my husband as a patient and myself as a visitor, but also observed him being very attentive with all the other patients.
