Huge shout-out and thanks to Loteah. She is amazing. She made me and my family feel welcome. She was so professional and patient. Her attention to detail for my care was great. She helped me with more than just meds and getting around. She sang while we walked to the restroom and back. It was so encouraging.

Even when she saw me going to the restroom on my own, she didn't assume I was good; she took time to acknowledge me even while handling a separate task. I so appreciate her kindness and generosity. I came in for abdominal pain and ended up with an ectopic pregnancy and a ruptured fallopian tube. In the midst of joy and sorrow, she made it go by with ease. I thank God for her.
