As Executive Director of Education, Professional Development, and Magnet Program at Stanford Health Care, and Interim Associate Chief Nursing Officer for Research, she has pioneered caring science initiatives and innovative educational programs. Her leadership has resulted in major advancements, including SHC’s recognition as a Watson Caring Science Affiliate and the launch of the Humanistic Care Certificate Program, emphasizing inclusion and social justice.
