Nurse Happy was incredible. My father was hospitalized in the ICU for pneumonia and heart failure went into cardiac arrest six times. Happy was amazing and explained everything that happened to my father in detail, made sure my questions were answered, made him comfortable, and was very attentive to my father. Happy would call me on my cell phone with small updates, but small updates for me gave me peace of mind that he was well taken care of. I could see her smile through her N95. My father is still in critical care as I’m writing this, but I’ve had so much peace during his stay because all of the nurses have been extremely helpful, and I’m grateful to each and every one of them. Happy also helped my father when he was in the ICU in January, so it felt like I had a friend, I had backup, I had an advocate, & I had a familiar face, and I know my dad is in good hands. Thank you, Nurse Happy and ICU team, for absolutely everything!
