Gwen is one of those nurses who so obviously comes to work because she wants to. She cares and wants what is best for her patients. She has a sense of knowing exactly what I needed when I needed it. She spoke to me as if we were friends, and that is what is needed when someone like me goes through such life-changing events. Her care, compassion, and knowledge were excellent!
