Jenn took a vested interest in my breastfeeding journey & made sure that the lactation consultant came to visit me in the NICU to set me up with a pump. She was personable, kind, and took a vested interest in my well-being as the mother of twins. On top of lovingly caring for me and my infants, she was professional. Jenn is a joy to work with and shared her wealth of knowledge with me.

My twins were born at 31 weeks and 4 days. It was a scary time for my husband and me. Jenn made us feel at ease and seemed excited to answer all of our questions. She even picked up an extra shift to hopefully get to be with our twins again. She helped us bathe them for the first time and put us at ease about things that were going on with our infants, such as regurgitation. We loved having her as a nurse.
