Josefina was the nurse who made the difference in our 6 days at the hospital. She had 3 full shifts caring for my daughter, and they spent time taking walks, putting on makeup, applying temporary tattoos, and playing. She was able to gain my daughter’s trust in such a way that our procedures were even more successful because my daughter was able to relax and benefit from the medications that were administered. I have no doubt that without Josefina in charge of our last big procedure, we would still be at the hospital. Her way with my daughter is the only reason we’re at home today for Christmas. We are FOREVER grateful.
