Ms. Nicodia Hutchinson-Wintje, MSN, RN, is an RN on the Labor and Birthing Unit. During her time on the Mother Baby Unit, her dedication to providing patient-centered care with integrity, compassion, respect, and empathy was so highly recognized that she was recommended for a position on the Labor and Birthing Unit. Since her transfer, Ms. Hutchinson-Wintje has proven herself to be an invaluable asset to the team, earning the respect of her counterparts. She has also excelled in her academic pursuits, achieving an advanced degree as a Nurse Practitioner.
She has developed strong leadership traits of instructing and communicating with her colleagues, collaborating with providers, and promoting care to improve patient outcomes.
