Kayla! She is always so kind and understanding. She is always willing to help teach and be there for everyone around her. She has been the most reliable nurse and a good friend in the ED. She is wise beyond her years and has so much love to give. I've learned much from her and strive to be more like her in the ways she is diligent, compassionate, and attentive to her patients. Praise God Hendrick has a nurse like her in the ED. So many nurses today seem to find the most important part of nursing hard.. Compassion. Empathy. Caring. Kayla does, and it is something that needs to be recognized. Thank you, Kayla, for always having a smile on your face even when it's tough. PS. If it weren't for someone like Kayla, I would not still be able to work in the ED.
