Angela is absolutely the BEST. She is extremely patient-focused and did her utmost to see to it that my daughter had a memorable experience having her first baby. I’m not sure where to begin with writing all she did for her. She made a connection as soon as she entered the room for the first time and introduced herself with a huge smile and a twinkle in her eyes. She was soft-spoken and consistently demonstrated professionalism as she worked with my daughter. It was like she was taking care of her own family member. Angela was very successful in making my daughter feel safe and cared for. Her compassion is off the charts. She has excellent nursing skills and OUTSTANDING bedside manners. She attended to her physical and emotional needs during this difficult time, and she made a difference that I will never forget. She is an extraordinary nurse who is committed to quality of care at MHTW. When my daughter was at her highest pain level of the delivery, Angela was there, patting her face with warm washcloths so lovingly and talking to her in a very soothing voice with such compassion and love and caring eyes. I have goose bumps writing this because it was such a life experience that I will never forget. She made the whole Memorial Hermann experience a positive and memorable one that has been imprinted into my mind forever. I don’t say this lightly, but Angela is a force to be reckoned with, and she is in her calling as an L&D nurse; she is PERFECT. She will impact the lives of many women to come, and they will all be blessed to have her as their nurse. Angela, you will never be forgotten.
