Lacie attended to all my needs. I know I was not the only patient, but Lacie treated me like the most important patient. She showed great concern for my needs and the needs of my wife and daughter. Lacie explained everything she was going to do during my procedure. She even offered a seat for my elderly wife while she waited outside the exam room.
