Norma is a very patient, kind person. She volunteered to precept me with my IV insertion skills via ultrasound, but I was amazed at how she treated every patient. She made each one feel special and at ease with their upcoming procedure. She helped them with any questions with great knowledge and in a language everyone could understand. She even obtained written information and explained about a family member’s upcoming procedure. All this while helping me feel confident in my new skill.
