Sarah has gone above and beyond for my mother since she got on this floor! She is very skilled at her job and always makes sure that whatever she comes into the room to do, she explains it to our understanding and walks my mother through every step so that she is comfortable! She has never hurt my mom when providing care to her. Every time I walk in the door, and she is here, she always explains everything going on with my mom before we ever enter the room. She comes in and checks on my mom with a smile on her face and makes all of us feel so comfortable! My mom has a lot going on with her and has been in and out of hospitals for the last 10 years, and this is the first time that I felt very good walking out the door and going home. I see her working with all the staff on this floor to get the job done. I can honestly say that Sarah goes above and beyond with her patients. Thank you, Sarah, for taking exceptional care of my mom and making her stay here at USA one that we will always remember.
