Jennifer has recently cross-trained to within the ED, which is not always everyone's favorite place to spend a shift. Jennifer has truly been the biggest help and blessing to the ED. Every time she comes down to help, Jennifer has the kindest smile and is always ready to jump in and help anyone who needs it. She is so kind, welcoming, and helpful. It truly is refreshing having her in the department.

On a day when the ED was pretty understaffed, Jennifer came in ready to get the ball rolling. She assisted in triage, helped other nurses medicate and initiate IVs, checked on patients, and ensured orders were completed quickly. This was so incredibly appreciated. Her kindness and willingness to help everyone and each patient go beyond saying. I am truly excited to see where her nursing career takes her in the future, as she is a wonderful asset to BMH.
