Kristina is an amazing educator. She is patient, kind, smart, and very thorough. She makes sure team members fully understand the expectations from the start and creates meaningful education plans. I have seen handfuls of team members in her office at once, and she is working diligently with all of them to ensure they fully understand the task at hand.

Kristina juggles many departments and excels in education in every single one of them. She is a great educator, coworker, friend, and will go out of her way for her teams. An example of this is, one day there was miscommunication in the education department, and two team members showed up for an EKG class that was scheduled for a different day. These team members drove for over an hour or two for the class that day. Once I realized there was no class, and I asked around to multiple educators, I called Kristina. I explained the communication error that occurred, and Kristina said, "I will be there in 5 minutes, and I will teach them the content today." Kristina had a full calendar of work to get done, but she put that aside to finish on another day so she could provide these team members who traveled a far distance with the class they planned to attend that day. This is just one of the many ways that Kristina goes above and beyond on a daily basis for her teams.
