I was very sick and sweating profusely from a fever. I felt miserable. Johanna went out of her way to make ice, cold, wet linen cloth and wipe me down with them as my fever broke. Doing this, she helped me become more comfortable. She stroked my head and each part of my body with an ice, cold sheet of linen in an effort to cool my body down, which effort was successful. She would come back every 15 minutes and re-administer the ice cold, wet sheet therapy.

I was absolutely miserable and felt so sick before Joanna came into my room to help me. She had been assigned to be my nurse prior to that, and I had met her and liked her very much, as she was kind and you can tell she was meant to be a nurse because she had the heart for it and the caring for other people. Then when she needed to excel and strut her stuff, she came through like a champion and helped me as if I were her own baby. Thank you.
