When it became clear that a patient needed to be transferred to the ED, Kylee actively followed up throughout the process. The transport, which was expected to arrive within 2 hours, ended up taking over 5 hours! Throughout this time, Kylee stayed with the patient, ensured the patient's comfort, kept him informed, and continuously followed up on the transport process. What stands out is that she stayed over 30 minutes past the clinic closing time to assist with the transfer & ensured the patient was transported safely and ultimately admitted to the ED.
