Madison made our first trip to urgent care with our baby so comfortable. Not only was she knowledgeable and efficient, but she was also incredibly personable and made us feel so comfortable. We haven’t had an experience like this with a nurse at Essentia in a long time - it’s clear she cares deeply about her work.
