Michelle is one of those people who never has a bad day. Never seen Michelle without a smile in the morning that continues till the moment she leaves. I have never seen Michelle turn down an opportunity to go way out of her way to not only finish her day in a very efficient and professional manner but also to offer other interdepartmental staff the opportunity to finish their day so that they can all enjoy leaving work on time. No matter how difficult my day appears in the morning when I come to work and look at my schedule, she has a way of making everything appear easy and manageable. Michelle is a person who also answers her perfect serve messages from the floor even if it’s at 9 pm because she feels she can solve that problem easier herself, rather than someone else reinventing the wheel. She is a person who deserves all the recognition there is in exemplifying what the role of a supportive mid-level provider is and does, above and beyond what is expected of her.
