We have called the nurse line a number of times during our time with Hennepin Healthcare, and have talked to a number of nurses. We are instantly at ease when we hear Carroll’s voice and introduction. Carroll is knowledgeable. Carroll is patient as we talk through anything that’s going on or concerns we have. We never feel judged. Carroll is calming and thorough.

During our last call, Carroll wasn’t quite sure and reached out and worked with the on call pediatrician to help us figure out what’s going on. My husband was in the other room while I was on the phone with Carroll recently, and he got a notification from MyChart and ran into the room giving a thumbs up and mouthed, “You got Carroll!”

Parenting young children is hard. It’s hard to know if something we are seeing is no big deal or something we need to act on. Carroll is a breath of fresh air in these situations and listens and helps us figure it out. We know we are in good hands with Carroll.
