Rose was very caring and compassionate. I ended up in the ER with chest pain, and it ended up being my gall bladder, and I had a cholecystectomy. Rose went above and beyond taking care of me with her trainee, J. She was always kind and compassionate, always with a smile, and never anything was a problem. She was quick to take care of anything I needed and always explained anything I asked. I never felt that she was rushing through my care or had a foot out the door. I could tell how knowledgeable and dedicated she was, especially with her interactions with her trainee, J. He was awesome as well. She was very patient and understanding and went out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I appreciated everything she had done for me. She made me feel like a “guest”. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Franklin Woods! Kudos to whoever hired Rose! Great Job!
